I didn’t see how to clean the coils inside the upper cover part of the countertop mini water distiller by the fan which are now dusty. How do I clean them and around them to keep the machine in top working order without damaging the coils themselves where the area is restricted? Also, how long can I keep using my boiling chambers until they need replacement? The inside walls have been shedding the white coating for a bit.
Thank you for your reply, in advance. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hello. You can open up the top area of the distiller by removing the ‘lid’ There are 5 screws that attach the top plate to the distiller. Once removed, you can clean out the coils with either compressed air or a soft bristled vacuum brush.
As far as the boiling tank, you just need to do the descaling as described in your owners manual under the Maintenance and Cleaning heading.
Great answer thank you however compresses air blows it down further into the distiller… can you use a brush and vacuum… I’ve received a distiller and it has lots of dust .. I think this machine is greater than 15 years old
To do a more deep clean on the coils, you can remove the top plate of the distiller (If you’ve got a Mini 1 or later model 2 the fan will be attached and tethered so remove with care) Once opened up, you can use any soft bristled brush including vacuum attachments.
